Established by Mark Skinner who has now had 20 years experience working with technology. Bytes Computers have been providing expert I.T. services for home users and businesses alike since 2004.

We started small. Working with home users only and through their recommendations gained many new customers and larger business clients. This helped our business to grow and we still provide our services to individuals as well as businesses.

In addition to the work for larger business we regularly fix smaller problems for home users or provide tuition for those who are just starting in the world of computers. Something that for us is most rewarding.

We like to speak ‘English’ rather than ‘computer jargon’ and have had lots of positive feedback on how we explain things to our customers. Clearing up some of the mysteries of I.T. but without boring you.

Bytes Computers covers a large area in the south west of England and we have grown a very substantial client base of happy customers. Most new work comes from recommendations.

We come to you! No need to pack up your computer and bring it to us. Often the source of the problem is much easier to spot when the computer is in its usual location. Many times it has been faulty wiring or simple connection issues that have been the cause of problems. These are things which cannot easily be solved away from the home or office.

Of course there are times when computers will need to be taken away to be worked on. This is not a cause for concern as there are no hidden charges for collection and return.

We are used to dealing with jobs for small businesses, such as networks, multi-site connections and VoIP telephone systems. Large managed WiFi installs and complex split networks i.e. hotel systems with secure staff and guest access on the same networks.
